Our law firm is dedicated to the practice of US Immigration Law. We handle immigration cases on behalf of clients throughout the United States and from around the world. We can represent you regardless of your location.

We offer consultations in office, over the phone and by Skype. Please contact our office to make an appointment to inquire about consultation fees.

Our office also is available for document translations from English to Spanish, German, and French. We also offer document translations from Spanish, German, and French, to English.

*Deferred Action Recipients

Deferred Action recipients are reminded to file renewals five months prior to expiry. We recommend that renewals be filed as close as possible to the five month mark or you may lose your lawful status.

Currently it is taking between two to six months for USCIS to process Deferred Action renewals. Initial Deferred Action applications take about eight months to be processed.

If you have Deferred Action and are married to a United States Citizen/Legal Permanent Resident, please schedule an appointment with our office to discuss whether you would benefit from Advance Parole (AP), which allows you to leave and re-enter the US legally if you can show a compelling reason to depart the US.
